2.Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the niceph22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is a mandatory condition imposed under Philippine gaming regulations and the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). niceph22 enforces age verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another party without prior written authorization from niceph22.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of niceph22 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been suspended or excluded from the niceph22 Platform or any affiliated platform for a violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person or entity.

3.Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration. To access real-money gaming features on the niceph22 Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any additional information required for identity verification (KYC). Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) niceph22 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. niceph22 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or balances associated with them.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must notify niceph22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. niceph22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 KYC Verification. niceph22 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. You agree to provide government-issued Philippine identification documents (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license) upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. niceph22 accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the account cashier. Deposits made by credit methods not belonging to the account holder are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. niceph22 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking business day. niceph22 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on the niceph22 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). niceph22 is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. niceph22 complies with all applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. niceph22 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, in accordance with its obligations to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5.Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the niceph22 Platform is governed by specific game rules accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

5.2 Bet Finality. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the niceph22 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. niceph22 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, placed following a system malfunction, or placed based on obviously incorrect odds or game parameters.

5.3 System Malfunctions. In the event of a technical failure, connectivity issue, or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, niceph22 will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. niceph22 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control, including Philippine network carrier outages or force majeure events.

5.4 Responsible Gambling Limits. Players may set personal deposit, loss, or session time limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings. niceph22 strongly encourages all players to make use of these tools. Once set, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion requests are binding and cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed.

6.Bonuses and Promotions

niceph22 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, loyalty points, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods. General conditions applicable to all niceph22 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Players only. niceph22 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds if it determines that eligibility conditions were not met.
• niceph22 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any form of bonus arbitrage.
• niceph22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings may apply and will be disclosed in individual promotion terms.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the niceph22 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Philippine law, including the AMLA and relevant cybercrime legislation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the niceph22 Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Providing false identity information or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or regulatory access restrictions.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the niceph22 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of niceph22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any niceph22 content without prior written consent.

9.Privacy and Data Protection

niceph22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to improve the Platform experience. 10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, niceph22, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if niceph22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

niceph22's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your niceph22 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit niceph22's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.Suspension and Termination

niceph22 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account and to void any pending bets or transactions if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) niceph22 is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or applicable law; (c) niceph22 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account; or (d) niceph22 ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction. You may request account closure at any time by contacting niceph22 customer support at [email protected]. Responsible Gaming self-exclusion requests submitted by the Player will be honoured promptly and are subject to mandatory cooling-off periods as set out in the Responsible Gaming Policy.

12.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact niceph22 customer support at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. niceph22 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR channels as the relevant regulatory authority.

13.Amendments to These Terms

niceph22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, niceph22 will notify registered Players by means of a notice on the Platform or by SMS or email to the contact details on record. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
